Can you just clean specific areas/rooms in the home?

Yes, you can definitely request specific areas/rooms to be cleaned, and not the full home/preset package. Just let us know your preferences in your request/estimate form, and we’ll make sure to accommodate your needs.

How do I request an estimate?

Simply fill out the booking/estimate request form on our website, this helps us understand the service you are looking for. We will respond shortly with your estimate and our next available openings.

How must is the deposit?

We require a 35% deposit on all bookings, which must be paid before we arrive to provide your service.

How do I book a cleaning?

Once we receive the booking/estimate request, upon review, we will email back an estimate and our next available openings.

How should I prepare my home for a cleaning?

When we arrive, we're ready to start cleaning. To help us get right to work, we ask that your home be free of clutter. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a prepping email with full details on how to get your home ready for us.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don’t have to be home. You can provide us with access, and we’ll take care of everything while you’re away. If you are planning to be home, we ask that residents try to stay in one area while we clean.

How long does it take to clean?

The time required depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning service. If there is a time frame for the service, let us know in the booking process and we will do our best to accommodate.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We understand that plans change! We ask for a 48 hour notice of cancellation, this will not ensure a refunded deposit. If rescheduled within the 48 hour notice, the deposit will carry over to new schedule date.

Do I need to supply any cleaning supplies?

No, we bring our own high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment. We do ask that you provide 2-3 rolls of paper towels. Please include, in your request form, if you'd like us to use your products.

Are you licensed & insured?

Yes, we are licensed and fully insured.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, we are a no contract company, even if you are a recurring customer.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds, but if you're unsatisfied with your cleaning, let us know within 24 hours, and we'll make it right. We take pride in our 100% satisfaction guaranteed!

How do I pay?

After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure payment portal link. A deposit is required before arrival, with the remaining balance charged after the service. You can pay via bank, credit, or debit card. Cash or check is accepted for the remaining balance, minus your prepaid deposit, if arranged in advance.
